We did not have a good experience with the air conditioning during our stay. It seemed to be broken and we could not lower the temperature below 80 degrees.

The location of Sonder The Leo was perfect for our needs, with easy access to downtown attractions and restaurants. The secure building and private parking lot gave us peace of mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the provided amenities such as soap, shampoo, and hair dryer. The staff were friendly and always available to assist us. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Sonder The Leo.

It's worth mentioning that the neighborhood could use some improvement, as there were homeless people in the area. Additionally, the floors could have been cleaner.

Homeless people sleeping on the streets, small parking lot, and difficult keypads made it stressful to come and go. Cheap furniture, uncomfortable dining chairs, and some amenities, like the television, were difficult to use.
